To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our lifecycle team and focus on marketing for our B2B audiences. The person in this role will be responsible for creating new initiatives for the millions of professional self-serve users who leverage Grammarly within their companies. This team member will play a significant role in growing the business by optimizing and scaling campaigns to drive new leads and general awareness of our enterprise and team-focused products, driving process improvement, synthesizing performance data, and prioritizing experimentation and program optimization. They will also lead, execute, and optimize email and in-product marketing programs supporting Grammarly’s Lifecycle Marketing strategies.

In a brand new role within our growing lifecycle team, you will play a key part in growing our sales-enabled business lines by spearheading initiatives focused on lead generation and expansion within our self-serve subscriber base, increasing general awareness around Grammarly in the workplace, and deepening our relationships across the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the day-to-day execution of email, in-app, and push campaigns within our Iterable platform, including building, scheduling, and testing customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and campaigns between marketing, operations, analytics, and revenue teams. This includes project planning, proactive communication, expectation setting, training, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the larger strategy to deliver impact for key outcomes, providing input on team OKRs, planning, and roadmaps.
  • Pull and analyze data and reporting, including campaign-level tracking and sharing hypotheses and insights around top metrics.
  • Use a hypothesis-driven approach to execute on experiment and A/B testing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Has experience with lifecycle marketing (or related functions like Growth or Demand Generation) at scale for a B2B SaaS (software as a service) company.
  • Has experience working cross-functionally with both marketing and non-marketing teams to unlock new opportunities for efficiency and productivity at scale.
  • Can analyze and pull meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, with an understanding of basic metrics involved in a B2B and B2C business.
  • Has the ability to weigh a variety of inputs and tasks against strategic goals with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Understands first principles around email marketing, journey and automation, data analysis, segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and a nuanced understanding of what converts for certain audiences.
  • Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
  • Is inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
  • Is able to meet in person for their team’s scheduled collaboration weeks, traveling if necessary to the hub where their team is based.
