The TPM team comprises curious, lifelong learners excited about solving novel technical challenges at scale. Supporting the Trust & Enterprise team, you will bridge Grammarly’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams and GTM. You will support the development of internal tools, run our most complex programs, and build a proactive roadmap to attract and retain the largest Enterprise customers.

The complexity of our technical challenges is growing rapidly as we scale our interfaces, algorithms, and infrastructure. You can hear more from our team on our technical blog.
As a Staff Technical Program Manager in Trust & Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change at a growing company. Grammarly is uniquely positioned to continue defining the digital-writing-assistant category, but this comes with significant challenges. In this role, you will look to drive programs oriented around the developer experience and accelerating velocity through effective tooling and reusable and scalable infrastructure.
In this role, you will:
- Work through ambiguity, leading Trust & Enterprise programs across multiple teams and departments at Grammarly.
- Identify the opportunities, requirements, and risks; define milestones and success criteria; and manage schedules.
- Exercise technical judgment in evaluating projects and their potential solutions.
- Experience driving analysis on build vs. buy for infrastructure-level product offerings.
- Communicate and lead effectively, both with the team and with leadership.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes and assist with resource allocation.
- Ensure priorities are aligned across all relevant teams and take steps to remove roadblocks to this alignment.
- Take a holistic view across the greater organization, identifying points to improve collaboration and reduce redundancy.
Qualifications
- Has at least 5 years of professional experience in Security or Trust, or a passion for learning new technologies.
- Has successfully managed growth programs, driving meaningful user adoption and engagement outcomes.
- Applies their technical expertise to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Is a strategic thinker and can work across teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Is driven to proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Is inspired by our MOVE principles, which are the blueprint for how things get done at Grammarly: move fast and learn faster, obsess about creating customer value, value impact over activity, and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
- Is able to meet in person for their team’s scheduled collaboration weeks, traveling if necessary to the hub where their team is based.
