Staff Product Manager, Cloud Engineering
Grammarly
Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model. Team members work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, or Poland. Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.
All roles have an in-person component: Conditions permitting, teams meet 2–4 weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly’s hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in Kraków. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.
Grammarly team members in this role will collaborate in person 4 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to different hubs. They are required to live within a commutable distance of their home hub of Berlin. Grammarly may provide relocation assistance.

Your impact
As a Group Product Manager in Platform, you will drive the vision and strategy for Grammarly’s Cloud infrastructure compute capabilities and overall developer experience. This role is central to every feature and experience in Grammarly, ensuring developers across the company have the necessary compute, availability, APIs, and tools necessary to quickly prototype, build, validate, and deploy novel AI and ML technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across Grammarly to understand computing and development processing needs across all engineering disciplines and teams.
- Working closely with external partners to evaluate in-house and external technology solutions, prioritizing a sustainable mix of performance, quality, and cost.
- Presenting to engineering, product, and leadership on quality insights and strategic initiatives.
- Using insights and data to influence roadmaps and drive improvements to our cloud infrastructure, identify inefficiencies, and process improvements.
- Defining and driving additional initiatives that improve Grammarly’s cloud deployment to meet and exceed customer expectations in data and service isolation.
