About the role

We’re looking for a RevOps Lead who combines systems thinking, customer empathy, and analytical rigor.

As Lago’s first RevOps hire, you’ll build our internal GTM foundation and act as our in-house RevOps expert for customers: guiding them through integrations, advising on best practices, and feeding their needs directly into Lago’s product strategy.

You’ll report to leadership and collaborate daily with Sales, Post-Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain Lago’s GTM infrastructure (CRM, integrations, data hygiene)
  • Define and implement scalable processes for lead routing, forecasting, and deal management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance to align KPIs and reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the development, management, and measurement of shared sales/marketing processes (lead & deal management)
  • Own revenue analytics: pipeline health, conversion rates, churn, and growth efficiency
  • Support leadership with planning, board reporting, and investor metrics
  • Continuously optimize tooling, workflows, and automation for GTM efficiency
  • Identify friction in our GTM processes and automate what can be automated
  • Establish the blueprint for how Lago scales its GTM function over the next 12–24 months
  • Act as the subject matter expert for RevOps in customer conversations, and internal product discussions
  • Develop and improve sales intelligence by monitoring data quality and producing streamlined reports across the entire buyer’s journey in order to provide insight into bottlenecks or areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or related analytical/strategic GTM roles.
  • Proven track record implementing CRM systems and GTM processes from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, and KPI design.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS revenue models and multi-stage customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with automation and enrichment tools (n8n, Clay, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Experience with usage-based billing or open-source / API-first models.
  • Exposure to PLG + sales-led GTM hybrid setups.
  • Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.
  • Prior startup or high-growth experience.
  • Knowledge of finance and strategic planning frameworks.
