About the Role:
As we continue building our best-in-class People Operations function here at Form Health, we are looking to add an HR Operations Manager to our team! This critical hire will be responsible for executing and continuously improving core People operations systems & processes. This person will own the day-to-day new hire onboarding execution, administering key systems including TriNet and Expensify, and will support reporting and data integrity across People platforms. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in systems, enjoys building clean processes, and wants to help scale a high-growth healthcare organization.
This position will report directly to our VP, Head of People but will work cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. Strong preference for someone located in the Boston, MA area who would be willing and able to work a hybrid schedule including in-office presence.
What You Will Do:
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Administration
- Serve as the primary owner of end-to-end onboarding operations
- Manage offer-to-start workflows in HRIS and payroll systems
- Coordinate background checks, I-9 compliance, and required documentation
- Partner with Hiring Managers and IT to ensure seamless Day 1 experience
- Support employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
TriNet Administration
- Serve as system administrator for TriNet
- Ensure accuracy of employee records, payroll inputs, and benefit enrollments
- Partner with TriNet support on escalations and issue resolution
- Support compliance reporting and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEO processes and best practices
Expensify Administration
- Administer company expense platform
- Ensure policy compliance and timely approvals
- Audit submissions for accuracy and adherence to company policy
- Partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies and support reporting needs
Data Reporting & Analytics Support
- Maintain People data integrity across systems
- Run recurring reports for headcount, turnover, LOA, onboarding metrics, and payroll audits
- Support development of HR Operations KPI dashboard
- Identify trends and surface opportunities for process improvement
Process Improvement
- Document SOPs across HR Operations workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
- Support audit efforts across People policies and compliance programs
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations including HRIS administration
- Experience working within a PEO model (TriNet experience strongly preferred)
- Experience administering expense systems (Expensify preferred)
- Prior healthcare industry a plus
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfort working in systems and generating reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
