About the role:
FORM is looking to support its growth in the employer benefit space with the addition of a Marketing Manager, Member Engagement who will lead efforts to drive account activation and member utilization of FORM as an employer-provided benefit. This Marketing leader will report to the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the Client Success team to develop client-specific launch and engagement marketing plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare content creation, B2B2C marketing strategies, experience working in the employer benefits space, and a proven track record of leveraging marketing to achieve business goals.
FORM is headquartered in Boston, MA. The Marketing Manager, Member Engagement position is a remote role. Candidates based in the Boston area could work a hybrid schedule with an average of 3 days/week in our downtown office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop best-in-class marketing strategies that drive account activation and member utilization of FORM’s clinical obesity care product.
- Lead the development of a marketing playbook that builds brand awareness and drives activation, while allowing for customizations for large accounts, and results in the achievement of our shared enrollment and utilization goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing team colleagues to ensure alignment in brand messaging and creative across DTC and member marketing initiatives and develop marketing assets inclusive of landing pages and marketing collateral.
- Develop account-specific company and member insights based on campaign performance that can be leveraged to optimize initiatives and campaigns.
- Partner with Client Success to obtain buy-in of creative concepts, launch marketing campaigns, and report out on campaign performance.
- Identify member engagement best practices and make recommendations based on learnings across employers, demographics, and marketing channels (digital, direct mail, and clients’ internal communication channels). Create case studies and toolkits that drive adoption of best practices across clients.
- Develop insights and processes that are scalable to support organization growth.
- Working alongside Client Success, build strong relationships with client Marketing partners by being a strategic partner who provides expertise in member communications and marketing.
- Creative solutioning to build meaningful engagement campaigns that ensure achievement of goals while considering client-specific requirements policies.
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing with 3+ years working in B2B2C business
- Experience in employer benefits marketing, ideally in healthcare
- Passion for healthcare and improving the lives of patients. Excitement to get involved in the obesity care category and join FORM on its mission to expand access to high quality clinical obesity care.
- “People person” who enjoys connecting with clients and building relationships based on providing value as a strategic partner.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Able to clearly communicate strategy, present creative concepts, and explain results with a focus on insights and actions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with a focus on meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Results and data oriented - focused on meeting individual, account, and team level goals including awareness and utilization.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently but knows when to seek input and guidance from his/her manager and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing start-up environment.
