About Farsight AI

Farsight AI is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches. We not only give them that time back to focus on what is important, but we also bring new insights and knowledge to their materials that they wouldn’t be able to uncover without the help of our financial-focused AI.

We work with an immense amount of both public and private data, delivering highly accurate and auditable materials in an arena far too nuanced for large-scale AI out of the box. Oftentimes, our product generates outputs that outperform the work of existing employees, resulting in quotes from our customers like:

We are a small, highly motivated team that is driven by creating technology that amazes. Each one of us wears many different skillset hats, whether that be development, sales, infrastructure, design, product innovation, and more - and we expect those coming in to have the experience or the motivation to wear just as many.

Our team has had a wide range of work experiences that have led us to be the fast growing startup we are. We have gained financial domain knowledge from Evercore and General Atlantic, gained scalable engineering skills from big tech like Amazon, learned enterprise AI sales from Hugging Face, and have learned the ins and outs of building successful startups from previous work as founders and founding engineers. We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person preferred (except Fridays, which are remote).

Job Description

At Farsight, we're redefining how financial institutions interact with AI—and we need a creative, strategic marketer to help us tell that story. As a Growth Marketing Manager focused on sales enablement, you'll play a critical role in equipping our sales team with high-impact collateral and nurturing prospective customers through compelling email campaigns.

In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to deeply understand our platform and audience. You’ll create marketing materials that translate complex AI-powered financial capabilities into clear, persuasive narratives—empowering our salespeople to win deals and educate prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and producing sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product briefs that align with the sales journey.

- Developing and executing email marketing strategies, including drip campaigns and lifecycle messaging tailored to financial decision-makers.

- Collaborating with design and product marketing to ensure brand and messaging consistency across channels.

- Using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp to manage and analyze campaign performance, with a continuous focus on testing and optimization.

- Supporting broader demand generation efforts through content repurposing, newsletter creation, and customer outreach templates.

Desired Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B sales enablement and email campaign execution

· Proven ability to create effective sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) tailored to complex technology or SaaS products

· Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems to segment, target, and nurture leads

· Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for brand consistency and messaging clarity

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

· Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—able to translate product and technical concepts into customer-facing marketing materials

· Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and independently managing multiple projects from concept to execution

Above and Beyond Qualifications

· Experience building drip campaigns and nurture workflows that span the full sales funnel (awareness to conversion)

· Background in marketing complex, AI-powered or data-driven platforms to enterprise or financial buyers

· Strong graphic design portfolio that demonstrates ability to balance visual appeal with clarity and business relevance

· Familiarity with financial services, including understanding of target audiences such as investment managers, banks, or other finserv buyers

· Previous experience supporting high-growth sales teams, aligning marketing content with revenue goals and feedback

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges between $90,000 and $150,000 annually depending on the level of experience of the applicant. Highly competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with unlimited PTO are included in the benefits.
