Faros AI is looking for an exceptional software engineer to help us build an operational data platform that gives engineering leaders a single-pane view of all their engineering data.
Responsibilities include:
Developing data infrastructure that ingests and transforms data from different sources and customers at scale.
Weighing different architectural considerations that balance application developer flexibility with time to market, security, cost, and scalability constraints.
Brainstorming data product ideas with product managers and data scientists to build data products that are insightful, delightful, and showcase the power of the platform.

Required Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of industry experience shipping production-ready code
Strong programming skills in a language such as TypeScript, Python, Scala, Java, or Go
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, design patterns
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
A Masters or PhD in Computer Science
Experience building data pipelines and data infrastructure at scale
Experience building multi-tenant platforms
Experience in agile and test driven development
