The Demand Generation Manager will be pivotal in driving our company's growth by establishing and scaling the foundations of our demand generation function. As part of a high-impact and rapidly growing team, this individual will play a critical role in shaping how EvenUp approaches pipeline generation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and operations, this person will collaborate to create innovative, data-driven campaigns that fuel company expansion. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment, build processes from the ground up, and influence the company's long-term success.
What you'll do:
Build and own multi-channel campaign strategies across email, paid, social, web, events, and outbound sequences
Analyze digital campaign performance to uncover actionable insights, optimize creative and targeting strategies, and forecast future campaign opportunities to maximize ROI.
Develop and execute targeted nurture programs that convert leads to opportunities, improving funnel performance at every stage of the customer journey.
Own reporting and analytics for campaigns, providing granular performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives and align strategies with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
What we look for:
7+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for campaign optimization and innovation.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sendoso) and CRM systems.
Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs, including inventory management for physical campaigns. Background in working with finance teams for budget alignment and cost management a plus.
Experience in direct mail programs, including vendor management and testing creative strategies preferred.
