About Double Blind Bio
Double Blind Bio builds AI agents that automate clinical trial execution. We've deployed across 200+ research sites, automating site selection, feasibility, startup, and monitoring in the $50B clinical research industry.
The Role
Own our clinical research site GTM motion from top-of-funnel to close. You'll generate pipeline, close deals, optimize growth systems, and build the playbook to scale.
You'll own:
Pipeline generation: Run outbound experiments, manage AI BDR, optimize sequences, and drive conference/partner leads
Sales execution: Close deals with sites, site networks, SMOs, and practice networks
Growth systems: Improve funnel conversion, develop positioning/collateral, and instrument metrics
Field presence: Represent DBB at conferences and build relationships with site decision-makers
This is a 0→1 role with full autonomy to shape our site GTM strategy.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 days: Close 5-10 deals • Launch AI BDR • Generate pipeline from 2-3 conferences • Build v1 sales playbook
6-12 months: Drive significant site ARR • Build repeatable outbound motion • Improve funnel metrics • Establish partner channels
You Might Be a Fit If...
Must-haves:
3-7 years in B2B sales, BD, or growth
Track record closing deals end-to-end
Experience building outbound systems and running experiments
Comfortable with metrics, CRMs, and building from scratch
Nice-to-haves:
Clinical research, healthtech, or biopharma experience
Product marketing or PLG background
Founder-led sales transition experience
You'll thrive if you're scrappy, love customers, toggle easily between strategy and execution, and want to own a business line.
Details
Location: San Francisco (3x/week in office)
Experience: ~5 years (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Compensation: $100K base salary + up to $50K commission (total OTE: $150K)
