The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our Care Operations Platform- the core platform driving longitudinal care across both our patient and care team experience. This platform includes: Color’s telehealth, testing, communications, and workflow systems and our EHR experience

This role is responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for the next generation of our AI-enabled platform mechanics and care team tooling to support Color’s increasing scale, expanding services, and deepening personalization of care. This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with Clinicians, MedOps, Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Design.

This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and pragmatic. This person thrives tackling complex problems to provide urgent solutions to today’s issues while building scalable platforms to enable innovative care delivery. We are looking for someone who will be a leader in integrating AI into both how we build and what we build. Success in this role means scaling care delivery to achieve meaningful patient outcomes without compromising quality or patient experience.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Create the next-generation vision or the care operations platform in alignment with Color’s goals and overall vision to leverage AI to transform care
  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for our care operations platform
  • Lead the integration of advanced technologies- deeply embedding AI to support care innovation and efficiency
  • Lead a cross-functional team to efficiently deliver product changes that meaningfully improve Color’s care quality, care outcomes, and cost of care
  • Leverage, advocate for and enable self-service and “AI builder” capabilities, while maintaining the flexibility, integrity, and safety of our systems
  • Provide thought leadership on novel approaches to care delivery and internal operations
  • Collaborate and drive alignment with execs, doctors, nurses, care advocates and support stakeholders to balance patient outcomes, care team experience and business goals.
  • Collaborate with data teams to measure and improve the impact of the Care Operations Platform
  • Champion Color’s culture and lead by example- we work hard and also have fun doing it!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or health tech - preferably with a focus on care delivery operations or provider-facing tooling
  • Excellent communication skills- able to break down complex topics and adjust to the audience
  • Experience building complex operational workflows or clinical platforms
  • Experience working with subject matter experts users and complex stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives including multiple teams with different functions
  • Demonstrated ability to dive into highly technical problems alongside engineers (interfaces, data modeling, events, etc.) and influence the solution design choices
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver highly impactful solutions with urgency
  • Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for using and experimenting with AI and emerging technologies as an unlock in daily team productivity
  • Highly collaborative and shows up as a strong teammate within product and the company as a whole
  • A drive to learn, iterate, and adapt quickly to deliver the best outcomes for our patients in a dynamic world

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with EHR data (FHIR)
  • Experience building or integrating AI-enabled products
  • Experience consolidating fragmented systems into unified platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL

Possible Projects To Contribute To

  • Communications Hub: streamlining communications with patients/external care teams and improving coordination between internal team members who need to communicate with the same patient around the same time.
  • Single Source of Truth for Health History: Enabling real-time care plan management based on patient and internal user data inputs. Driving all sources of data collection to the same source of truth and leveraging this source of truth to surface changes to care needed.

Base salary range: $170,000 - 200,000/yr

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
