Role Introduction:
As the Senior Implementation Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the client services team, ensuring seamless delivery of client implementations and related internal initiatives. Your primary goal is to make our implementations as lean and efficient as possible - executing for scale, ease, and success.
You’ll manage the infrastructure, execution, and tracking of complex cross-functional projects — both client-facing and internal — that directly impact patient care and our partnerships with employers, unions, and health plans.
You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to bring new programs to life, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. You will find ways to streamline, reduce friction, and automate to ease the implementation process for all teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, client experience, and operational strategy — and who can balance technical acumen with empathy and communication excellence.

This is a full-time, high-impact individual contributor role that is both internally and externally facing.
How You'll Contribute:
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer implementations — from scoping and planning through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Directors to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Fulfillment, and Support) to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Maintain clear ownership and accountability for milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
- Deeply understand the implementation landscape then develop and execute on scalable processes and best practices for managing our standard and complex customer programs.
- Build and maintain project infrastructure, tools, and documentation to support program delivery and visibility across stakeholders, optimizing for efficiency and friction reduction.
- Create, manage, monitor, and evaluate dashboards, timelines, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent execution quality that’s efficient, scalable, and well-coordinated across teams Leverage data and insights to inform leadership decisions, measure impact, and forecast operational needs.
- Own operational components of the Client Services vertical, including implementation surveys, NPS, and other mission-critical operational needs.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, operations, project management, or consulting — specifically in health care benefits tech.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Metabase, Salesforce, Google).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels — from technical partners to external executive stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to “see around corners” and anticipate risks.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience in digital health, benefits, patient engagement technology.
- Background in client success, customer implementations, or healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with data analytics or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Omni, Metabase).PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.

Base salary range: $129,000-$165,000 USD annually.
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
