Overview

Data Analysts at CodaMetrix are the stewards of data quality throughout the customer lifecycle. They ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the data that powers our analytics and machine learning models. You will work across implementation, validation, and optimization phases to diagnose data issues, recommend remediation strategies, and enable the highest level of automation performance for our customers. You will also partner closely with Product and Engineering to advance product capabilities and introduce scalable, automated validation processes.

This is a highly cross-functional, analytical role for individuals who thrive in complex datasets, enjoy problem solving, and want to shape how AI is applied in real healthcare settings.

What You’ll Do

Data Quality & Validation

  • Perform comprehensive quality checks on incoming customer datasets to identify anomalies, gaps, and formatting issues.

  • Profile data to understand patterns, distributions, and characteristics that influence model accuracy.

  • Validate customer data as it flows through CodaMetrix pipelines, ensuring accurate ingestion, transformation, and mapping.

  • Test and evaluate model performance on customer-specific data, verifying accuracy of predictions and analytical outputs.

  • Recommend remediation solutions—including rule changes or data corrections—that meaningfully improve automation performance.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor customer performance post–go-live to identify emerging issues or optimization opportunities.

  • Analyze prediction trends, rule behavior, and workflow patterns to surface opportunities for improved automation.

  • Partner with BI to design dashboards and monitoring tools that support scalable, repeatable optimization workflows.

Product Analytics

  • Support Product Management by developing analyses that inform product requirements, specifications, prioritization, and design.

  • Identify trends and performance patterns across customers that highlight opportunities for product enhancements.

  • Translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations that drive product strategy.

  • Collaborate with Product to evaluate the impact of product changes, rule updates, or model enhancements.

Documentation, Reporting, and Collaboration

  • Produce clear, customer-ready data quality assessment reports and validation artifacts.

  • Maintain structured documentation of testing procedures, outcomes, and issue resolution steps.

  • Partner with Technical Integration, Engineering, BI, and Coding Quality teams to resolve data issues and improve processes.

  • Contribute to best practices, templates, and SOPs that strengthen the Data Analyst discipline.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.

  • Experience working with healthcare data, medical coding, or revenue cycle operations.

  • Strong analytical, data profiling, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
