Position Overview
CodaMetrix is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Management and Operations Intern to support our Chief of Staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, executive support, and operational efficiency within a dynamic healthcare technology company. The intern will play a key role in streamlining communication and tracking key initiatives across the leadership team.
This role is an in-office position, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Action Item and Milestone Tracking
- Lead the implementation and adoption of a centralized tool for tracking action items and project milestones across various teams and initiatives.
- Meeting Support & Action Item Management
- Attend key leadership meetings including Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Executive Leadership Team (ELT, as appropriate), Company Initiatives, and CAPA Committee meetings.
- Generate clear and concise notes (or using notes provided), extract action items, and distribute them to the appropriate owners.
- Proactively work with action item owners to break down deliverables and establish agreed-upon timelines.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting
- Track progress on all assigned action items and project milestones.
- Collect updates from stakeholders and update status in the tracking tool.
- Develop low friction ways for action item owners to self-report updates and status.
- Stakeholder Reporting
- Create regular async reports on action items and project status for the Chief of Staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- Determine the appropriate cadence and format for these reports in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
- Meeting Preparation
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Administrative Assistant to help create meeting agendas, identify necessary pre-read materials, collect and organize documents, and ensure all meeting materials are circulated no less than 24 hours in advance.
Beneficial Experience:
- Experience working at a healthcare technology company, or growth stage startup
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite). Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
- A strong interest in healthcare technology and/or business operations.

Internships will be 14 weeks and Co-ops will be 6 months in length.
