Position Overview
As an Account Executive at Centaur Labs, you will be at the forefront of driving our company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll leverage your expertise in AI and digital health to build relationships with enterprise clients, exceed ambitious sales targets, and help shape the future of healthcare technology. As one of the early sales professionals at Centaur Labs, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales account strategy that aligns with personal quota attainment, company goals, and objectives.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective clients who can benefit from our innovative approach to scaling medical data annotation.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts, to create compelling proposals and project scopes tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Provide guidance and support during negotiations, ensuring contracts are strategically aligned and mutually beneficial.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform and adjust sales strategies.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver regular sales forecasts against quota and report progress to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Brand Representation: Represent Centaur Labs at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally with AI-related solutions; strong preference for healthcare sector experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience selling to AI, data science, machine learning, or computer vision personas in enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build lasting relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
