We are seeking a Product Manager with a keen design sense and a strong technical background to lead the development of our mobile applications. This role will initially focus on enhancing our app, DiagnosUs, and may expand into other product areas based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Key Growth Loops: Drive product-led growth through activation, retention, and conversion loops.
  • Experimentation: Run and interpret A/B tests to optimize product flows with clear analysis and rapid execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and manage dashboards, funnels, cohort analyses, and LTV models to inform prioritization.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality mobile products on time.
  • User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user, ensuring that product decisions enhance usability and engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Fluent in SQL & Analytics Tools: Proficiency with tools like Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Strong Product Ownership: Ability to operate with speed and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
  • Design Savvy: Strong judgment and experience in creating intuitive user interfaces.
  • Mobile App Experience: Proven track record in managing consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable reading and understanding code; ability to engage in technical discussions with developers.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring product quality and consistency.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage planning, execution, and prioritization of day-to-day tasks across multiple workstreams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Gamification: Understanding of gamification principles to enhance user engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Experience in building and nurturing user communities.
  • Operational Empathy: Appreciation for operational challenges and the ability to design solutions that consider operational constraints.
  • Fraud Detection: Experience in developing systems or tools to detect and mitigate fraudulent activity.

Experience

  • 3~5 years in product management roles.
