About the Marketing Team

Bubble’s Marketing team drives awareness, adoption, and long-term growth by combining data, storytelling, community, and product momentum. We collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch campaigns, test new ideas, and turn insights into impact.

As Bubble scales its go-to-market motion, we’re investing in builders embedded directly within Marketing — people who can move quickly, experiment often, and turn strategy into shipped experiences.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Developer to join the Marketing team and help build, test, and scale high-impact growth initiatives across Bubble’s owned surfaces.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and experimentation. You’ll translate growth ideas, prototypes, and campaigns into real, measurable user experiences — primarily in Bubble — while also leveraging vibecoding and automation to prototype, extend, or accelerate workflows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working both inside and outside the Bubble editor: shipping quickly in Bubble today, and using code or automation where it creates leverage.


Must Haves

  • Strong experience building and shipping production-quality apps in Bubble, with an emphasis on speed, quality, and scalability

  • Ability to vibecode or script (e.g., lightweight JavaScript, APIs, MCPs, automation, backend logic) to prototype, automate, or extend growth workflows

  • Proven ability to translate coded experiments, prototypes, or one-off campaigns into clean, scalable Bubble builds

  • Strong systems and workflow thinking (data models, automation, integrations)

  • Proven ability to build campaign landing pages, onboarding flows, quizzes, and user-facing growth experiences

  • Comfort working in an experiment-first environment (launch, learn, iterate)

  • Experience partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, Design, and Data

  • Strong attention to UX, performance, and responsiveness across devices

  • Comfortable instrumenting experiences for measurement, experimentation, and learning

  • Bias toward action — able to ship quickly without sacrificing quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience automating or integrating CRM / lifecycle tooling (e.g., trigger-based landing pages, personalization, experimentation flows)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude, event tracking)

  • Experience building internal tools, reusable templates, or growth infrastructure

  • Exposure to AI-powered workflows, automation, or personalization

  • Prior startup experience

  • Prior SaaS or PLG (Product-Led Growth) experience

  • Interest in growth marketing, experimentation, or funnel optimization

What You’ll Do at Bubble

  • Build and iterate on campaign landing pages, quizzes, and GTM experiences

  • Prototype or vibecode growth concepts, then translate them into scalable Bubble implementations

  • Develop and test signup, onboarding, and activation experiments

  • Partner with Growth and Data to implement, instrument, and evaluate experiments

  • Create reusable templates and components to speed up future launches

  • Build lightweight internal tools and workflows that help Marketing move faster

  • Ensure experiences are performant, responsive, and on-brand

  • Rapidly ship, test, and iterate based on real user behavior

About You

  • 2–4+ years of experience building and shipping production apps in Bubble

  • Comfortable vibecoding, scripting, or automating workflows alongside no-code tools

  • Strong frontend and UX instincts with solid full-stack Bubble fundamentals

  • Comfortable owning work end-to-end, from idea to iteration

  • Enjoys fast-paced, experimental environments

  • Strong collaborator who communicates clearly with marketers, designers, and analysts

  • Curious about growth, experimentation, and how products scale

Location

For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area. We will provide relocation assistance to candidates interested in moving to NYC.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier-one markets. The estimated salary range for this role is $122k–$157k, with final compensation determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.

We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
