About the team:

Our main web app (bubble.io) is built on Bubble, encompassing everything from new user onboarding and education to the marketplace and billing, impacting many of the company’s facets. We are looking for a Bubble Developer to join a quick and nimble team to help build, maintain, and improve the Bubble app that we’ve created. This person will be executing on projects that are core to our product experience and which all of our users see!

This role is an exciting opportunity to help build the product around the product. We’re looking for candidates who are expert Bubble users already, who are interested in not just using Bubble to build web apps for others, but to help grow and improve the product itself. You would have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the product and the company, helping all of the other Bubble Developers out there!

The core skill we are seeking in candidates is full-stack Bubble development and significant experience with building and shipping features for production apps.

As a Bubble Developer, you would:

• Work within our Product org to tackle strategically-important projects

• Collaborate closely with PMs, Designers, and other Bubble Developers

• Collaborate with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Success on their initiatives

• Continuously improve our internal processes and design system

• Help maintain strong design quality in our main web app

• Address user-reported bugs pertaining to our main web app

• Provide a valuable perspective as a power Bubble user to the wider Product org

About you:

• Have had at least 2 years of full-time Bubble development experience

• Have experience building Bubble projects that are being used by end-users

• Have experience building Bubble apps of heavy logical complexity, including the use of third party integrations

• Have a portfolio of past Bubble projects to demonstrate your abilities

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with both design and workflow logic

• Are very organized when building complex apps

• Are passionate about user experience and empowering users to build no-code applications

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets, such as New York City, San Francisco, and Seattle. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $94,000 to $127,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
