We automate on-chain accounting workflows, enable seamless regulatory compliance, and streamline crypto B2B payment operations.

As a crucial member of the marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that align with the Marketing program goals—specifically to increase high-quality leads/conversions and reduce customer churn.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in accounting and knowledge of enterprise finance operations.

This person will partner across internal sales and marketing teams to align strategic direction, develop engaging, cross-channel content, and utilize industry-standard analytics to optimize performance.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Own the development of the content marketing strategy to support Bitwave product positioning, competitive messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate across internal teams to understand and increase pipeline conversion with a Sales Enablement content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in digital content and best practices for content strategy and execution

Execution

    • Write and edit compelling copy for a variety of digital platforms – including social media channels, email newsletters, blogs, and website landing pages
    • Create enterprise-grade sales enablement content – including slide decks, product slicks, and case studies
    • Manage the day-to-day publishing of content across all digital channels, working with product and design teams as needed
    • Collaborate with Bitwave customers and partners to execute a monthly webinar cadence that supports the lead-gen marketing strategy


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong accounting and finance knowledge is required, crypto experience is preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in a content development function, specifically in demand-generation marketing
    • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. An advanced graduate degree or relevant experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrated success and the desire to work in a crypto tech start-up environment is required
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • The ability and willingness to work across various departments and roles is critical
