The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.

The Workday Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing Bicycle Health’s Workday ecosystem and all integrated people systems. As a Workday configuration expert and Tier-1 & 2 support lead, this role ensures that our Human Resources Information System (HRIS)—and the broader network of people platforms including our learning management system, employee engagement tools, and total rewards systems—function seamlessly, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals.

Under the guidance of the People Business Systems Manager, this role partners closely with stakeholders across business teams to translate functional needs into scalable, intuitive technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Workday configuration, business process design, data management, and cross-platform HR system support. They are proactive in identifying improvements, detail-oriented in their execution, and committed to elevating the employee experience through smart, lean systems.
