The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.

We are seeking a VP of Growth Marketing with experience growing and leading teams at fast-growth companies as they accelerate growth. This role will oversee all aspects of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, SEO, nurture marketing and will help us grow this team. This person will be a strategic leader at Bicycle Health who brings with them a proven track record of scaling and leading companies through growth. The ideal candidate will be able to unlock cross-functional insights that allow Bicycle Health to optimally allocate marketing spend across channels and markets. As a fast growth startup, we are looking for a low-ego leader that is excited about a “player-coach” position. The VP of Growth Marketing will also be responsible for managing third-party agencies that the Marketing team uses for various marketing channels.

This is an incredibly exciting and critical leadership role that uniquely sits at the cross section of Bicycle Health’s growth and core operations and most importantly, in helping the millions of OUD patients get the care they need to beat their addictions.

Target Pay Range: $210,800 - $248,200 - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
