Key Responsibilities

This role is all about people. You’ll be calling 100 business owners a day, attending trade shows, visiting pharmacies across the country, and hustling hard.
Lead end-to-end customer acquisition across key verticals (HVAC, Auto Dealers, MedSpas, Pharmacies)
Source opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
Own the full sales cycle and drive revenue for Affiniti
Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
Articulate Affiniti’s value proposition by using the appropriate sales qualification standards
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback

Qualifications

At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, with proven strength in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for a product into the multi–seven-figure range.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience at an early stage hypergrowth startup.
Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), spreadsheets, and BI dashboards
Experience selling into SMB owners or non-tech buyer personas strongly preferred
A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn’t see a job as “just a job”
