Brand & Design Systems
Own and evolve Affiniti’s design system across products and channels.
Maintain brand consistency across Affiniti, ACCA, AVMA, NCPA, NIADA, AmSpa, and future partners.
Build and maintain scalable templates, asset libraries, and design standards to drive efficient execution across brands and channels.
Partner with appropriate departments to bring major campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives to life.
Print & Direct Mail
This role spans both digital and print channels. You will design and produce direct mail, print collateral, digital creative, and conversion-focused marketing assets across multiple verticals and partner programs.
Design direct mail across formats including postcards, letters, self-mailers, 9x12 mailers, buck slips, inserts, and multi-piece packages.
Build and maintain templates that allow campaigns and verticals to launch quickly.
Prepare production-ready files including CMYK conversion, bleed, crop marks, resolution requirements, and print specifications.
Work within Lob and vendor production requirements to ensure successful print execution.
Design personalized and variable-data mail pieces.
Own quality control across all print deliverables.
Digital
Design email creative across acquisition, lifecycle, and partner campaigns.
Build responsive email templates that render consistently across devices and email clients.
Design landing pages optimized for conversion.
Assemble landing pages in Lovable, Framer, or Webflow.
Design static paid social creative for Meta, LinkedIn, display, and other acquisition channels.
Develop creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
Support ongoing experimentation through new creative concepts, layouts, and campaign assets.
Events & Sales Collateral
Design trade show and conference assets, including booth graphics, banners, signage, flyers, postcards, and handouts.
Create pitch decks, presentations, sales sheets, one-pagers, and partner-facing collateral.
Support association partnerships with co-branded marketing materials.
Deliver production-ready files to vendors and event partners on deadline.

Requirements
6+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning print and digital.
Extensive experience designing direct mail and print marketing materials.
Expert-level understanding of print production, including CMYK, bleed, prepress, color management, and print-ready file preparation.
Expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
Experience managing brand systems, templates, and design standards across multiple campaigns or brands.
Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages.
Ability to assemble landing pages in Lovable, Framer, or Webflow.
Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual communication fundamentals.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Nice to Haves
Variable data printing and personalization experience.
Familiarity with postal specifications and mail house workflows.
Email design experience in Klaviyo or a comparable platform.
Fintech, B2B, SaaS, or SMB-focused experience.
Experience working with performance marketing teams and creative testing frameworks.
