We market through direct mail, email, paid acquisition, events, partnerships, and more. You’ll define and execute the creative that powers our growth: bringing campaigns, sales materials, product visuals, and brand experiences to life across every channel.

MOTION AND VIDEO (PRIMARY FOCUS)
This is the core of the role. You're a do-it-all video and motion person who can take a concept from raw footage to finished, on-brand assets for any channel we run.
Create and edit video across the full spectrum: Meta ad creative, short-form social, customer testimonials, organic content, and product demos.
Animate: kinetic typography, animated text and callouts, logo and brand animation, and simple data or number animations.
Produce 3 to 5 net-new ad concepts per week and expand the winners into multiple variants for testing.
Resize and repurpose every asset into the right aspect ratios and lengths for each placement (feed, Reels, Stories, in-stream).
Edit for sound-off feed: captions, on-screen text, clear visual pacing, plus music and sound design when sound is on.
Cut testimonial footage into ad-ready edits with hooks built for the first 3 seconds.
Handle finishing: color correction, audio mix, and the polish that makes it look pro.
Pull Meta performance weekly, find what's winning and why, and feed it into the next batch.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Design direct mail: 9x12 mailers, postcards, and inserts, print-ready.
Design email creative and templates.
Design event collateral: flyers, postcards, banners, booth graphics.
Design landing pages (design only, no front-end build). Assemble in Lovable, Framer, or Webflow.
OUTCOMES YOU OWN
Hook rate and CTR on paid social creative.
Creative volume and refresh rate high enough to keep CPA stable as spend scales.
Turnaround: a winning concept iterated into new variants within 48 hours.
Print-ready and on-brand collateral delivered on deadline for each campaign and event.
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years making creative for paid social, with Meta as the primary channel.
Portfolio of ads that performed at real spend. Include the metrics, not just the visuals.
Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro for video and motion.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and layout. Strong in Photoshop.
Can read Meta Ads Manager (hook rate, CTR, CPA, thumb-stop ratio) and act on it without a media buyer translating for you.
Can design landing pages and assemble them in Lovable, Framer, or Webflow.
Comfortable producing at volume on tight turnarounds without dropping quality.
NICE TO HAVE
AI tooling in your workflow (Runway, Firefly, Midjourney) to move faster.
Fintech, B2B, or SMB experience.
Direct-response or UGC-style ad experience.
