About This Role
Affiniti is closing the gap between the financial technology that exists and the financial technology that actually reaches small businesses across America. Doing that at scale, reliably and fast, requires a revenue engine that runs without friction. Clean data, tight processes, and clear visibility into what is working and what is not. As our first RevOps hire, you are the person who builds that engine. Every SDR dialing, every AE closing, every Operations manager fighting churn, they all depend on the infrastructure you own. If the pipeline is a black box, you fix it. If the data is unreliable, you clean it. If leadership cannot answer a basic revenue question without pulling three spreadsheets, that is your problem to solve. Key Responsibilities
Own the full RevOps stack: HubSpot administration, pipeline architecture, lead routing, lifecycle stage management, and integrations across the go-to-market toolset
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, and leadership real-time visibility into the full prospect → customer lifecycle including pipeline health, conversion rates, activation, adoption, cross sell, retention, and revenue performance
Partner with AEs, SDRs, Credit, and Operations to identify process breakdowns, eliminate friction, and systematically improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
Design and enforce data hygiene standards across CRM and connected tools so that the numbers leadership relies on are actually trustworthy
Build outbound Marketing infrastructure: email sequences, campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and the operational backbone behind every campaign we run
Build Customer Support infrastructure to measure volumes and SLAs, taxonomize every interaction, and ensure every message across every inbox gets fully resolved
Collaborate with Finance and leadership on forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning
Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools and vendors as the go-to-market stack evolves
Surface insights from revenue data that inform product, pricing, and growth strategy

Qualifications
2+ years in a RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy & Operations role, ideally at an early-stage fintech or SaaS startup
Deep HubSpot expertise: you've built pipelines, workflows, and reporting from scratch and know where the bodies are buried
Strong SQL skills: you can pull your own data, build your own models, and answer a revenue question without waiting on a data team
Comfortable with BI tooling (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) and building dashboards that people actually use
Sharp analytical instincts: you don't just report numbers, you know what they mean and what to do about them
Experience building outbound campaign infrastructure across email, SMS, and other channels
A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn’t see a job as “just a job”
