About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive to join our team, bring in exciting new business and foster long term relationships with our customers. The role can be based anywhere in the US, working remotely, with a slight preference to the West Coast.

The Account Executive role will focus on selling our technology solutions to companies that are looking to leverage their existing HR Tech Stack to attain real-time insights, answers, and solutions in a single source of truth. If you have previous experience in consulting or software sales, especially related to HR Tech and/or People Analytics - we want to talk to you!

This role will inherit about 100 SQLs per quarter with three full-time SDRs working to book your appointments. So, we are looking for YoY quota crushers who are trained in modern sales methodologies, are passionate about winning & have a growth mentality to do their best work with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with People Analytics, Talent and HR professionals and other decision-makers to identify their needs, and take them through the full sales lifecycle and close.
  • Foster well-rounded, long-term customer relationships to maintain continual return and new features-based revenues.
  • Provide and/or coordinate appropriate resources such as online demonstrations and proposals, when needed, to educate clients and advance sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain the SDR generated pipeline of leads.
  • Consistently convert leads and client interest into sales.
  • Enthusiastically contribute to a dynamic sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with broader team on customer feedback and product roadmap

Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in consulting or selling SaaS (HR Tech/People Analytics/AI)
  • YoY quota attainment, with a ~three-year tenure is a must
  • Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievements within a solutions software vendor or other comparable services business
  • Strong focus on acquiring new business while building strong, long-term relationships
  • Experience with HR/PA/AI related solutions and services preferred
  • Hubspot CRM knowledge preferred
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • An abundance of enthusiasm, proactive nature, analytical, and self-starter
  • Must have intrinsic characteristics; resilience, coachability, competitiveness, growth minded, and grit
  • Start-up experience preferred
